So in just a few days we will be heading out for one of the great American pastimes: the road trip. Since the bear was born we’ve traveled quite a bit. By train, plane and yes even automobile. But until now we’ve had a portable child- his car seat provided him with a comfortable view of our travels and he could happily play with his toys nicely strapped in. But now we have fast moving crawler ready to explore- sitting play is no where near as fun as nearly standing play. I’m thinking that parks maybe a possibility for roadtrip play stops, but finding something clean, safe and near I-95 may prove tricky. Have any of you ever encountered this issue? Did you wait it out until the hotel at the end of your day?
