2. Play: Lake Superior Lakewalk
Running along the incredible coast of Lake Superior walk, run or bike along the trail leading you from the cliffs overlooking the water (and Fitger’s hotel and brewery -another fun stop) to the heart of canal park and Duluth’s aerial lift bridge and on to the Aquarium.
3. Learn: William A. Irvin museum
Free tour of enormous lake freighter , flagship of the U.S. steel fleet. Really interesting and different.

Oh how I love this post. Living on Oahu after 4 years in Las Vegas, but I grew up an hour north of Duluth, MN! Your pictures make my heart happy. I love Duluth! Going home in 3 weeks and I can’t wait! 🙂
