A stop on our 6,200 mile cross-country road trip. We were in need of a place near our hotel in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Agave Mexican Restaurant fit the bill. Right off the interstate they offered quick service, very cheap margaritas and a clean place for children to spread out. -Joe
